COVID-19 precautions have effected the postal service times. Nothing is guaranteed at the moment for shipping times I have been told. I am working hard to get orders out with 2 business days instead of the 2 weeks. If you want tracking, you must request it prior to ordering. Please know this doesn't change the shipping timeline for orders outside of Canada. As an online business I do rely on our postal services and they are doing the best that they can.
