It is made with many yards of tulle and a non-roll elastic waistband. The bow is tied on and can be worn in the front or the back.
This is a 1 piece outfit. Tutus will come as shown in the first photo, unless otherwise requested.

0M-6M: Waist 14 inches / Length 6 inches
6M-12M: Waist 17 inches / Length 7 inches
18M-2T: Waist 18 inches / Length 8 inches
3T-4T: Waist 19 inches / Length 9 inches
5-7: Waist 20" / Length 11 inches
8-10: Waist 22" / Length 13 inchesCustom measurements are welcome.
