This is made on a 1" plastic headband, woven tightly with with ribbon. All ends of ribbon have been heat sealed.
 
Alligator clips can slide into the weave. If clip and headband purchase together you have  a 3 in 1 option. You can change up the headbands accessories, wear the clips on their own or wear the headband on its own.
